Dr. Wahome Rureri holds a PhD in Business Administration (Strategic Management) from JKUAT, an MBA from JKUAT, and a Bachelor of Education Science from Moi University. He has over 10 years of experience in senior public service management, specializing in policy guidance, governance, strategy formulation, quality management systems (ISO), and performance management. Dr. Wahome has served in roles such as Deputy Principal, Performance Contracting Coordinator, and Dean of Student Affairs in public TVET institutions, where he championed gender and inclusivity initiatives. He has completed leadership courses, including the Strategic Leadership Development Programme and ISO Lead Auditors’ Training. His contributions to Competency-Based Education and Training (CBET) include developing TVET learning guides. Dr. Wahome has published three journal articles, presented over ten conference papers, and reviewed abstracts for international conferences. He is an Associate Member of the Kenya Institute of Management (KIM) and a member of the Pan-Commonwealth Forum (PCF9) Review Committee

Dr. Racheal is a Consultant Obstetrics and Gynaecology Oncologist with over 16 years of medical experience and eight years in reproductive health, specializing in gynaecological oncology. She is a Fellow in Gynaecological Oncology from the University of Nairobi (2024) and holds a Master of Medicine in Obstetrics and Gynaecology (2016) and an MBChB from Moi University (2008). Dr. Racheal has served in various leadership roles, including Medical Superintendent at JM Kariuki Memorial County Referral Hospital, where she led strategic planning, resource management, and the establishment of a cancer unit. Currently serving as a Medical Specialist in Nyandarua County, she manages high-risk antenatal clinics, complex surgeries, and cancer patient care. She has conducted research on endometrial cancer and reproductive tract malignancies. Dr. Racheal is resourceful, decisive, and dedicated to patient care, with advanced skills in gynecologic oncology, surgery, and crisis management, demonstrated during the COVID-19 pandemic.
